Only persons aged 18 years or over may agree to these terms and use the website or the services offered through the website.
We may modify these terms at any time and will post the modified terms on the website. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the website and use of the website (or of any services provided through the website) after that point will be subject to the modified terms.
BLANK does not offer credit terms and all canvases must be paid for when ordered. Payment is via PayPal where most major credit cards are accepted. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated on the website. For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union, any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer, with the exception of Hong Kong where we have a production facility so no import duties will apply. However, it is worth noting that there is usually no duty to pay on canvases shipped in small quantities.
Cancelling an order
Once an order has been paid for, we will normally start production on your canvas(es) a few hours after the order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us urgently by email or telephone. A 10% administration charge will occur if you cancel before we have started producing your canvas. Once we have started producing your canvas, we cannot cancel an order. Please note that BLANK cannot be held responsible if, for any reason, we fail to receive your cancellation message in time.
In normal conditions, your canvas will be delivered to you in about one week (bespoke and international orders may take longer). However, during particularly busy periods, there is a chance your order could take slightly longer to reach you. If an order is required by a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering so we are aware of this and can advise you in the unlikely event we are unable to meet your deadline. Delivery costs are as stated on this website. Delivery will be undertaken by specialist couriers and they will require someone to be present to sign for the artwork. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery of the canvas and BLANK cannot be held responsible for a delivery date not being met. If you are out on the day of delivery, the courier will attempt to redeliver the parcel the next day. If you do not contact the courier to advise them in advance, and no one is there a second time, the parcel will be returned to us and you will incur another delivery charge to have it sent out to you again. If you elect for our courier to leave the parcel in a shed or similar if no one is available to sign for it, this is completely at your own risk. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery.
We will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged canvases logged at receipt and informed to the couriers. On receipt of the returned item, we will print a new canvas and have that delivered to the same address.
BLANK cannot be held responsible for exact colour-matching requirements. Colours may appear differently on your computer screen than ours (due to the contrast and hue settings on your monitor) and we will not accept returns for colour-related issues. If exact colour matching is important, we suggest contacting us to discuss test samples prior to ordering.
If you supply us with an image to use in a bespoke canvas, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any image you supply for transformation into a canvas print is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by you. We will take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through printing an image supplied by a customer.
While we will need to take certain personal details such as contact and delivery information, we will never pass this information to any third parties (except for the purpose of product delivery). All personal information will be kept in a secure environment and will not be accessible via the internet. We do retain the right to use photos of your canvas as examples on the site. If you would not like your artwork displayed, please contact us and we will remove it.
What you cannot do
You are not allowed to copy (whether by printing onto paper, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in this website.
You are not allowed to upload, email to us or order canvases containing images or other material which could be deemed in any way offensive or breach any applicable laws or legislation.
Disclaimer and liability
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site from time to time. We will endeavour to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the items on the site or otherwise provided to you by us are accurate, but there may be slight variations due to print and publishing limitations.
The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by BLANK and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, BLANK takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us, the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
